Personal data I process

JDezine B.V. processes your personal data because you use my services and/or because you provide this data to me yourself.

Below is an overview of the personal data I process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data I process

My website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. I cannot, however, verify whether a visitor is older than 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that I have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact me at info@jdezine.nl and I will delete that information.

Purposes for which I process personal data

JDezine B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Automated decision-making

JDezine B.V. does not use automated decision-making.

How long I retain personal data

JDezine B.V. does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected. The retention period after processing ends is no longer than 24 months. Where required by law, this period may be longer.

Sharing personal data with third parties

JDezine B.V. shares your personal data with various third parties where this is necessary to perform the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on my behalf, I conclude a data processing agreement to ensure an equivalent level of security and confidentiality of your data. JDezine B.V. remains responsible for these processing activities. JDezine B.V. also provides your personal data to other third parties. I only do this with your explicit consent.

Cookies, or similar technologies, I use

JDezine B.V. uses functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website. JDezine B.V. uses cookies with a purely technical function. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferred settings are remembered. These cookies are also used to make the website work well and to optimise it. In addition, I place cookies that track your browsing behaviour so that I can offer tailored content and advertisements.

On your first visit to my website I already informed you about these cookies and asked your permission to place them.

You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. You can also delete any information previously stored via your browser settings.

Accessing, correcting, or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing, or to object to the processing of your personal data by JDezine B.V., and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to me to send the personal data I hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation you name.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data, to info@jdezine.nl.

To be sure that the request for access has been made by you, I ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

JDezine B.V. would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. You can do so via the following link: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/contact-met-de-autoriteit-persoonsgegevens/tip-ons

JDezine B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired disclosure, and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact me at info@jdezine.nl.
